1. Use of the Software

GOATLY is provided as-is, both in its open-source and managed versions. You are responsible for how you use the tool, including ensuring that you have consent from all participants to record a meeting, as required by law in your jurisdiction.

2. Managed Mode (Free & Paid)

If you use Managed Mode, you agree to: - Provide accurate information for authentication. - Not abuse the service or its API limits. - We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Managed Mode at any time.

3. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data. In the open-source version, you are entirely responsible for the data sent to your chosen third-party API providers.

4. Limitation of Liability

The creators of GOATLY are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to data loss, legal issues related to recording consent, or service interruptions.

5. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after updates constitute acceptance of the new terms.
