Usage

Recording a meeting

  1. Open GOATLY and sign in if prompted.
  2. Click the microphone button to start recording. The button turns red while recording is active.
  3. When the meeting ends, click Stop. On mobile (iOS/Android) you will be asked to consent to AI data processing the first time.
  4. GOATLY automatically uploads the audio to FAL Wizper for transcription.

Viewing the transcript

Once transcription completes the meeting card shows the full transcript. Tap/click the card to expand it.

Generating a summary

After transcription, click Summarize on the meeting card. GOATLY sends the transcript to an LLM (via OpenRouter) and returns a bulleted summary of key points.

Use the search bar at the top to filter meetings by any word in the title or transcript. Results update as you type.

Sort

Use the sort control (date or name) to reorder your meeting list.

Deleting a recording

Swipe a card (mobile) or use the delete icon (desktop) to remove a recording. This deletes the local WAV file and the database entry.
